Born from a shared vision between trade union organizations and Air France management, MNPAF provides quality supplementary health coverage to employees and retirees.

In 2014, MNPAF joined the Macif Group, marking an important step in its commercial development. As it continues to evolve, MNPAF seeks to leverage its expertise to expand its services to employees in the air, airport, and aeronautics sectors, as well as those in the broader tourism and mobility industries.
